What is onboarding like at College Board?

College Board offers new hire orientation on your first day that spotlights our mission, how we operate (our culture and work practices), and many of the supports you receive from Talent. There will also be some required asynchronous trainings you are expected to complete within your first few weeks. During your first week you will also be connected to our Talent Team to help answer any immediate questions you have. Onboarding for your specific role will be customized by your team and manager to help set you up for success!
