Our Operating Principles give employees a shared set of language and behaviors that remind us of who we are at our best. They outline College Board’s way of promoting effective collaboration, decision making, stakeholder engagement, data-driven outcomes, and an inclusive environment.

Manager Expectations
College Board believes every employee deserves an exceptional manager. In addition to modeling the Operating Principles, managers at College Board are also responsible for (1) ensuring their team can live out the Operating Principles and (2) delivering on four manager expectations.
