We're a dynamic, remote-first team made up of designers, architects, engineers, and engineering managers who are hungry for constant improvement and innovation. Our collaborative efforts fuel the creation of advanced, modern, cloud native software that not only powers our extensive program portfolios but also fortifies our systems and data against emerging threats.

Digital SAT
Our newly launched digital SAT has been taken by millions of students across 9,000 schools in almost all 50 states, delivering over 10 million tests to students on our Bluebook platform.
Digital AP Resources
We have expanded the number of digital resources for our AP program enabling over 3 million students in 23,000 secondary schools to take college-level courses in 40 subject areas.
BigFuture School App
Our recently-released BigFuture School app was #1 in both educational products and across all products in the App store.
PowerFAIDS Cloud
We transitioned from PowerFAIDS Desktop to PowerFAIDS Cloud which is utilized by over 600 colleges and universities and offers more enhanced features to support financial aid offices.

Being a technologist at College Board means working at the forefront of technology and having fun at the same time. We innovate and find joy through connecting with each other whether that be at our annual in-person Hackathon event or daily virtual standups.

Learning and Development

This empowers every technologist, regardless of their level, to engage in enriching experiences like Hackathons, Tech Talks, comprehensive full stack training, mob/paired programming, and more!
Career Tracks
We offer technologists clear career tracks that foster professional growth, skill enhancement, and the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility. The career tracks we currently have are focused around individual contributor engineers and architects, engineering managers, and designers.
