Make a Difference
Join the College Board's diverse team of talented professionals dedicated to clearing a path for all students to own their future.
Our Purpose
We’re a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that promotes excellence and equity in education. We reach more than 7 million students a year, helping them navigate the path from high school to college and career. We work to clear a path for all students to own their future.
Where We Work
College Board embraces imaginative, agile, thoughtful ways to collaborate in a hybrid environment, and the majority of our employees are based in home offices all over the country. Additionally, there are three College Board offices throughout the U.S., located in downtown Manhattan (New York), Reston, Virginia, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Employees within reasonable distance from our office have the option of working remotely and/or coming into our offices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to maximize in-office collaboration. While we celebrate and enjoy our hybrid environment, we gather multiple times a year in person to carry out work with our stakeholders and collaborate as a team.
Our Benefits
We offer a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, retirement benefits, and more.
Our Culture
We care that employees from all backgrounds can thrive, succeed, and have fun while doing mission-critical work. That means we value our differences, embrace candor with care, and foster an environment of trust, respect, and belonging. We set meaningful priorities and clear goals, reduce complexity, make data-driven decisions, and innovate and adapt to achieve excellence.
Our People
Our team members are a dedicated and diverse group of people who care deeply about the students and families we serve. They’re strategic thinkers and effective doers with varied experiences and expertise. They take pride in doing meaningful work that makes it easier for all students to get the education and opportunities they deserve.
Equal Opportunity Employer
College Board provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, College Board complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which we have facilities. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of work, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
