Who We Are
We’re a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that promotes excellence and equity in education. Our mission—to connect students to college success and opportunity—is at the heart of everything we do. We support students as they build the skills they’ll need in college and work to remove barriers that can stand in the way of higher education.
There are six College Board offices throughout the U.S., located in New York, Virginia, Puerto Rico, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Washington, D.C.
We offer a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, retirement benefits, and more.
Our culture is one of respect, diversity, and inclusion. It emphasizes communication, collaboration, and innovation. We encourage our team members to be open-minded, outspoken, and staunch advocates for students and families. We also foster a sense of camaraderie through social events and team-building activities.
Our team members are a dedicated and diverse group of people who care deeply about the students and families we serve. They’re strategic thinkers and effective doers with varied experiences and expertise. They take pride in doing meaningful work that makes it easier for all students to get the education they deserve.
We’re continually modernizing all aspects of our operations, investing in infrastructure, and increasing our digital footprint—and we’re always looking for visionary technology and operations professionals with an eye toward excellence.
We offer college students paid summer internships thatgive them the opportunity to put their education in action and build skills that can lead to a successful career. Each year, you’ll find internships for the following summer on our job search page by February 1.
