Who We Are
We’re a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization that promotes excellence and equity in education. Our mission—to connect students to college success and opportunity—is at the heart of everything we do. We support students as they build the skills they’ll need in college and work to remove barriers that can stand in the way of higher education.
Where We Work
College Board embraces imaginative, agile, thoughtful ways to collaborate in a hybrid environment, and we have employees based in home offices all over the country. There are three College Board offices throughout the U.S., located in downtown Manhattan (New York), the D.C. metro area (Reston, Virginia), and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Employees who decide to work hybrid are required to work in the office at least twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) to maximize in-office collaboration.
Our Benefits
We offer a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, retirement benefits, and more.
Our Culture
Our culture is one of respect, diversity, and inclusion. It emphasizes communication, collaboration, and innovation. We encourage our team members to be open-minded, outspoken, and staunch advocates for students and families. We also foster a sense of camaraderie through social events and team-building activities.
Our People
Our team members are a dedicated and diverse group of people who care deeply about the students and families we serve. They’re strategic thinkers and effective doers with varied experiences and expertise. They take pride in doing meaningful work that makes it easier for all students to get the education they deserve.
Equal Opportunity Employer
College Board provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, College Board complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which we have facilities. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of work, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
